Your Night

Sleep++ tracks periods of REM, core and deep sleep, creating easy-to-understand charts that still dense in information.

Your Metrics

In addition to your Sleep Analysis data, Sleep++ tracks and charts your heart rate, respiratory rate and blood-oxygen levels.*

Your Readiness

Your Readiness Score is based on your heart rate and sleep, and can be a helpful indicator when planning your day.

Integrated with Apple Health

Sleep++ integrates with Apple Health to provide a safe and private way to share your sleep data with Sleep++.

This data is used for automatic sleep tracking, and you can opt to have Sleep++ save data to Apple Health each day. You can also export your sleep data from within Sleep++ itself, or track your sleep manually.
